Wider Drive-Thru Lanes Coming with ITMs

Jeremy Keaster in his big rig shows us that sometimes drive-thru lanes can be hard to navigate. So, First State Bank decided to do something about it.

We are widening several drive-thru lanes for easier navigation, along with introducing Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) this year. These changes are being made in our customers’ best interests and with their convenience in mind.

ITMs are the latest technology in drive-thru banking and allow customers to talk face-to-face with a teller located right here in the River Valley — all from the convenience of a car. We understand sometimes you don’t have time to come inside, so the ITMs allow customers to cash a check or make loan payments from their car.

We currently have an ITM in the drive-thru at our 2002 N. Arkansas location and in the lobby Downtown at 501 W. Main. First State associates are available and ready and willing to assist you. And, of course, the ITM teller is on the screen to guide you through the process.

The new Downtown drive-thru is under construction and will have two ITMs with wider lanes, and should be finished by the end of June. The Ola drive-thru ITM will be in place by the end of May. Later this year, we’ll be widening drive-thru lanes at our West (3005 W. Main St.) and East (3103 E. Main St.) branches in Russellville.
