What's the difference between an ITM and an ATM?
An ITM allows you to talk face-to-face with a local teller throughout your entire banking process. Also, an ITM lets you utilize more First State Bank services, like cashing a check and making loan payments — with the convenience of not having to leave your car.
Why did FSB decide to offer ITM service?
We wanted to embrace the newest teller technology while continuing to provide the friendly service customers are used to and expect from First State Bank. Plus, ITMs will allow us to provide our customers extended weekday hours — 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday— to give customers more flexibility with their busy schedules.
Where can I use an ITM?
Eventually, you can use an ITM at any of our five branch locations in Russellville and Ola, as well as the Loan Production Office in Northwest Arkansas. Changes will be made over the course of several months, and with plenty of notice, so as not to disrupt customers’ routines.
When can I use an ITM?
ITMs will be available to use from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
What if I like using an ATM?
The ITM can act as an ATM 24/7; you don’t have to call a teller.
